Dear Sir/Mam I had open surgery inguinal hernia on the right side of my stomach on 21st Dec 2018 after that i was doing all things normally but last 21st July 2025 suddenly my right leg slipped  in House then whole body weight came on right side then i feel pain  in right side stomach upper side and down side also now whenever I am doing any activity walking normal way Or Koi kaam karte waqt pressure pdta hai meri aanto par to pain feel hone lgta hai, pet me khichav aa jata hai. Kindly advise me Sir/Mam. Meri beti 1 sal ki hai usko godhi leta hu tabhi problem hoti hai pet me. Regards Pravesh

There is a 6 month old pilonidal sinus. The track is 5 cm long and 5-7 mm wide. Doctors say there's a lot of hair in it. I am confused between flap or laser surgery. Please suggest something.

I am having anal fissure for 3 months with 5 then it stops. I am using anorelief cream as adviced by doctor and stops once my symptoms improves. I have also used sitcom tablet for two weeks which I felt helps improved my symptoms but was not diagosed with piles. Is it possible to have both anal fissure and haemorroids together? Hello! I had balanitis a year ago and i am still having mild burning sensation when i toych my foreskin if i leave it without doing anything it is normal. Doctor advised me for circumcision and i am afraid of local anesthesia. Do they do circumcision by giving general anesthesia?

If there was bone chewed by dog lying on the ground and there was so much ants nearby the bone so i take the cardboard box and through the bone with the help of cardboard then after 5-6 minutes i touch the cardboard with my naked legs and dog was unknown but their was not big would in my leg toe but some superficial wounds are present so is their any possibility of transmission Rabies

In my home we are raising a dog, the dog gets vaccinated. The dog just scratches me I also got vaccinated in a year. 8 months ago another scratch I got a booster dose. 7 months ago another scratch so I get Full vaccine dosses like 0,4,7,14 . I've developed anal fissure during postpartum and was recommended stool softener, sitz bath and Cremagel to treat it. This has helped in reducing pain and burning sensation but if I pass hard stools the painful condition returns. Is there any treatment that can give me permanent healing or will this relapse continue to happen? I'm a BF mother, can I take painkillers for immediate relief from anal fissure pain? If yes, please suggest BF-safe painkillers.
