Does a fistulogram scan both left and right side of perineum? Also even if active abcess is not there will it still show the track.my track is gone on its own i had abcess two times and stopped after that since may and no issues.

Once the abscess formed it almost always formed a fistula in and u feel tract like thing may be fibrosed part of tract

Many times fistula heals spontaneously. But sometimes tend to reappear again after few months or even years. So enjoy this disease free phase. And for avoiding chance of recurrence, avoid constipation by all means.
