Fistulous tract shows enhancing walls with surrounding mild fat stranding.
Tract measures 3mm in width and overall length of ~2.3cm.
No ramifications •
No supralevator extension.
No abscess formation noted.
Visualised pelvic organs appear unremarkable.
Visualized bowel and rectum are within normal limits.
No significant pelvic lymphadenopathy noted.
IMPRESSION:
1. Posterior intersphincteric perianal fistula as described above with internal sphincteric openings at 6 o clock position in two different levels (at ~9.4mm and 17mm from the level of anal verge respectively). No definite internal anal mucosal opening seen - Grade I.
