Sir alfoo taken 11days than stop due to side effect all allopathy medicine than stop now 4 tablet where pending sp i thought will take 4days is that fine?    ,, taking alfoo twice a week for urine retention to avoid side effect is ok???

BPH is coomon cause of urinary retention, flow abnormalty. Your age is not likely indicating Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy.. Drug to be taken atleast for 2months and have review scan to see for progress in resolution of problem..that is free canalisation of urine

Dosage is not mentioned , please get an ultrasound abdomen to look for cause of retention, like benign prostatic hypertrophy or bladder outlet obstruction and take medicine accordingly daily once
