On 22nd nov i sustained a deep cut with iron and it was getting swelling after 3 days and puses are coming out ... I consulted a physician who prescribed me clavam 625 2 times after meal for 5 days... But I was tensed so I visited a surgeon after 2 days and he suggested to take augmentin 625 and suggested to take 3 time per day ... Should I discontinue clavam 625 tablet or increase the frequency to 3 times per day? Please suggest

My wife had a laser anal fistulotomy surgery 3 days ago, the external opening near anal region was closed by stitches after surgery. doctor said it is okay if we see water or blood discharge through the stitches. today we say small amount of stool along with it. Is it normal while healing or is this sign of re occurance please reply...

Is that winter cause fissure anal problem often because I suffer burning while passing time not bleeding but anal gap is very tiny what to do in winter? Avoid fissure ,before I have consulted in summer to proctologist he said fissuretomy need to do for this solution,

The doctor has said that it is nothing to worry about and prescribed medicines like antibiotics, multivitamin and pain killers for few days and not to disturb the mass on the toe. I got done LIS and fissurectomy with 2 sentinal tags removed 10 days ago, i have a fissure on posterior side 6 o clock, i noticed i have a swelling around anterior side of anus which becomes sensitive after bm, if i sit or lay down, it starts itching, should i be concerned about this?

Hi Doctor, My brother had a hernia surgery on the left side of lower abdomen in the August month of August. After two months, he observed there was a bump on his back side. After a few visits he had a small sivak cut on the bump and removed the pus from there and added a band on it. But every time when dressing on alternate days so much pus is coming. He went to hospital and was diagnosed with many tests but the doctors are unable to identify why exactly the pus is coming again. He is suspecting that either bone tb or done tb or some other but in the tests no where any body had mentioned anything positive. All results are coming as negative. Today he got one scanning of the spine lx, Attached the reports and scannings. Can anyone please tell us the problem. We went to both private and govt hospitals but no one confirmed what the problem was. Feeling well at help less. Please help us. In scanning, on the right side there is a small cut, from there the pus is coming.
