Hi everyone, I’m trying to understand the Ayushman Bharat health insurance scheme better. Is it only valid for treatment in government hospitals, or do private hospitals also accept it? If private hospitals are included, are there any specific criteria or network hospitals I should be aware of? Any clarification would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

Diagnosed with fissure with help of surgeon .. prescribed anobliss ointment with sitzbath. Question is workout like squats exercise can be done while having anal fissure ? Any relation of that exercises with fissure ?

Can complex fistula be controlled with medicine ? We don't want to go for surgery as there are side effects .

Good day Doctor, I am having a curvature of about 40 deg for the penile shaft. This has increased over time since last 4 years. I do have moderate pain while having an erection and moderate to severe pain during an intercourse. I had visited a Urologist doctor about 2 years ago and he had confirmed that there is fiberous plaque formation which might require surgery. I am currently managing pain with Zerodol SP. At times I do have redness and slight inflammation on the shaft. Is there a way this be treated without a surgery. Kindly reply.

I had undergone surgery on 10 January 2025. But still the foreskin of my front lower area of genitalia is bulging and causing pain and discomfort during  Intercourse.  Though I had gone circumcision some 16 yrs back. Kindly advise
