I am having slight pain and tenderness in my breast since few months.No lumps or other symptoms .what is could be?

For how many weeks can mild bleeding last post laser fissurectomy. I am 3 weeks post surgery and still have mild bleeding post bowel movement. My CRS said it's common and can last for few more weeks but wanted a second opinion.

My Father (66yrs) has swelling in foot and black spots only on both the foots. This problem is there for past 5 months. No history of any injuries and trauma. Also he take BP tablets (AMODEP AT). Please suggest the proper cure.

Dear sir, in have done a Stepler Circumcision 15 days ago , few day's after the surgery , there is Donut like shape circular ring is formed on the Pennice Shaft on the Silicon Ring , although Silicon Ring was fall off after 15 days but , this donut like circular shape is still present on the pennice shaft , is it normal sir , and when it will be okay sir. (I have attached photo for your reference sir) please tell me when it will be normal.

Its been a year to the laser fissure surgery, the fissure is not getting better. Taking all precautions like laxatives, sitz bath and applying cream also but no improvement. Visited the surgeon also but I don't see any hope. What could be the reason that it is not healing and what should be done in this situation?

Few months back I had severe swelling in right ankle for no reason and it caused severe pain as well. It was there for a week and after that it reduced. But it looks like my right leg is thicker than left one now. X ray was normal and KFT, LFT are normal. I had uric acid problems and had pains in other joints. Doppler scan of leg says Mildly prominent great saphenous vein in below knee region with incompetent Perforator in upper one third. Please advise what this could be and is this the reason for my leg appear little thick and did it cause swelling and pain once. I feel tightness in calf area of right leg sometimes. Please advise

Hi My mom had open appendectomy one week before and today completes one week but she still has pain in the operated area as same as the 1st day of the surgery. Is it normal? Or if there are any complications? How long does the pain take to reduce? Thanks
