I am have piles which is bleeding from last week's
I am taking Dobimust and tranexamic acid
Can you please suggest something better then this

active exercise
avoiding constipation
These are the main factore to keep haemorhoids under control.
Apart from these ointments, tablets.
If bleeding is worse i would suggest surgical intervention depending on the grade.

If it is bleeding piles
And add Antibiotic ,anti-inflammatory ,
Keritin c.
Laxative
Bleeding piles can cause severe anaemia
