Every month I get headache bodyache fatigue and feverish feeling and all reports come negative only widal positive comes and sometimes weakly positive and Sgpt sgot high but I never get fever above 98.6 then I know nothing else except typhoid.as it has been going on from 4 years ... Who can give me the right answer Please suggest Right specialist doctor

I got a fissure cut in August this year, it has healed but the skin around it seems really raw and like it's itchy and feels like when I pass stools it is dry and although the stools are soft, I still have this tear feeling but not on that original fissure cut, what could it be? I take psyllium husk everyday, have I got multiple fissures, I'm just afraid
