Is it possible to operate solitary Gallbladder stone of size 20 mm at the neck of Gallbladder without using General Anaesthesia??? Is it possible by doing regional or epidural anaesthesia ?? If yes then can it be done by laproscopy or have to be done by open surgery?? Also inform whether this facility is available in Kolkata??

From the past 10 days my husband is feeling lymph nodes under armpit he consulted the general surgeon he suggested medicines but there is no improvement the node is in same size he feels pain when it get touched. He don't have fever or dizziness and he don't have weightloss. I would like to know this problem is any serious whom to consult what should we do next for treatment I have attached his medical report regarding the lymph node. Hi doctor Nail of index finger got removed due to an accident. Got 4 stitches on the opposite side of nail they are removed after 12 days. It has been one month now, blood scab is present on the area of nail. Will this scab automatically come out and nail will grow again? I have taken antibiotics and pain relief medicines for 15 days. I am 34 year old male i am underwent fistula open surgery last month . I want to know which ointment is better for healing  surgery wound faster Sucral MU ( Sucralfate with mupirocin ointment) or Crema Gel ( Diltiazem Hydrochloride gel 2 %). Can we use both ointment at same time...kindly guide

I have appendicitis and it was removed by open surgery back in 2021. After successful removal, the wound got infected and it took morethan a year for recovery. Morethan 1 year passed after operation, I still felt mild pain on inside the area. I approach my doctor morethan 5-8 times, complaining my problem. My doctor prescribed me to took USG and even CT Scan. However all the results were normal excet that there is fats around the sugical area. I took medicine and took good medication under his prescription. I don't feel the pain at every time but it comes up sometimes. Not only the pain, sometimes I excrete blood with my stool and my stool smells like rotten fruits, (smell sour). My doctor who did the surgery was no more. What will be the possible causes? Is the spot not completely cure? Suggest me the best medicine for this, Please

I have bleeding pain and burning sensation since 1 week . Some time 8 to 10 drops or some time 4 to 5 drops but it's not stop. I eat plenty of vegetable & fruits. Take Dobesil capsule and use Ano bliss medicine but it's not working. Then doctor prescribe me pause 500 and doctor told me it's a fissure. Still now I take 2 pause 500  but bleeding is not stop. What can I do now ? ? It's very serious problem or not?? Please suggest me.
