Is that winter cause fissure anal problem often because I suffer burning while passing time not bleeding but anal gap is very tiny what to do in winter? Avoid fissure ,before I have consulted in summer to proctologist he said fissuretomy need to do for this solution,

Respective Sir/Madam, One of my sister has a small painful mass on her right leg toe and has visited the doctor recently. The doctor has said that it is nothing to worry about and prescribed medicines like antibiotics, multivitamin and pain killers for few days and not to disturb the mass on the toe. She doesn't have any other issues and was healthy. Kindly tell that what to do with the issue concerned and help her in subsiding the issue. Thanking You,

I got done LIS and fissurectomy with 2 sentinal tags removed 10 days ago, i have a fissure on posterior side 6 o clock, i noticed i have a swelling around anterior side of anus which becomes sensitive after bm, if i sit or lay down, it starts itching, should i be concerned about this?

Hi Doctor, My brother had a hernia surgery on the left side of lower abdomen in the August month of August. After two months, he observed there was a bump on his back side. After a few visits he had a small sivak cut on the bump and removed the pus from there and added a band on it. But every time when dressing on alternate days so much pus is coming. He went to hospital and was diagnosed with many tests but the doctors are unable to identify why exactly the pus is coming again. He is suspecting that either bone tb or done tb or some other but in the tests no where any body had mentioned anything positive. All results are coming as negative. Today he got one scanning of the spine lx, Attached the reports and scannings. Can anyone please tell us the problem. We went to both private and govt hospitals but no one confirmed what the problem was. Feeling well at help less. Please help us. In scanning, on the right side there is a small cut, from there the pus is coming.

Hi Doctors, I fell down from the stairs and it resulted in swelling in the left hip. Got hematoma drainage from the radiologist and took the medicines. It was all ok after that but on the 5th day, I again started feeling the swelling and it is. The doctor says i need to get it aspirated again. My question is if I get it done again will it be completely drained? Got it checked from the surgeon and the doctor mentioned to take antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicine. Here to take advice if getting the cut would be the option? Or medicines can help?

I have a problem of Varicose veins from last 1 year. I am facing issues with walking as my feet hurts a lot and I cannot walk for long and I feel tired very soon. What is the solution? Is surgery must for this or any medication can import the symptoms? Please advise!
