General Surgery

My mother aged 70, has 2 pilar cyst on her scalp, i am not sure who to consult : a Dermatologist or a General Surgeon? Also would there be a need of surgery? Please advise.

So doctor suggests to surgery to me. He told me have to stay 6 days in a hodpital. Many patients who got piles surgery will discharge within 2 days. But doctor told to me to stay for 6 days. Is this necessary? Pls tell me

I had d&c last year and had uti ever since I had urethral pain and burnjng after peeing And then urge started , along with anal pain Now after treatement i happened to get better with antibiotics and amitryhpline for urethral pain All of a sudden the urethral pain and burning started My urine reports are negative ever since day 1 Only culture showed results but cue never showed any infection So whats the problem , is it UTI or can this be pudendal neuralagia I have done MrI and it showed nothing The stabbing pain of urethra while walking and sitting is terrible Can someone help If its pudendal nerualgia does it have a cure

1 week ago 24 th November I sustained a deep cut with rusted iron previously... Tetanus shot was previously taken before 20 days ago of this incident. So I didn't took that shot ... Medications: Completed Clavam 625 (1strip=10 tablet ) and T bact ointment ... But my queries is if some part of rusted iron is entered into the wound , will it cause Septic !? On 22nd nov i sustained a deep cut with iron and it was getting swelling after 3 days and puses are coming out ... I consulted a physician who prescribed me clavam 625 2 times after meal for 5 days... But I was tensed so I visited a surgeon after 2 days and he suggested to take augmentin 625 and suggested to take 3 time per day ... Should I discontinue clavam 625 tablet or increase the frequency to 3 times per day? Please suggest

My wife had a laser anal fistulotomy surgery 3 days ago, the external opening near anal region was closed by stitches after surgery. doctor said it is okay if we see water or blood discharge through the stitches. today we say small amount of stool along with it.
