The swelling is soft, painless and squishy, and varies in size depending on position. She has been a thyroid patient for some years, and a diabetic. Her reports (thyroid and cbc) are also normal. Hi, i had been detected with gall stones and went through Lap Choly Surgery on 23 Feb 2025, presently on rest. When can i resume  riding my motorcycle (self starter) and driving Car in city. And also can start physical light exercise,yoga and other active activities and when can i use indian sytle potty pan, so that i dont have a chance of after surgery complications like Hernia and others. Kindly advice.

Here in practo their are many Ayurvedic doctor who don't have much knowledge in surgical things one of the doc from ayurveda have ruined my life after he comments shits half know about surgical things ..so I want practo to get off those ayurvedic doctors they are not good for patients because they give half knowledge and they predict all wrong things ..

Dear Doctor, I found a small lump pea size on my left hand Triceps area. This I have been observing from last two years.I feel pain if I press and I can hold the lump. Sometimes I can see little swelling in the area. I have tingling and numbness issues in the left hand which is being treated by a neurologist with Vitamin injection and D vitamin syrup and penta nerv-300 MG. I showed him the lump yesterday and he suggested an ultrasound. The report is attached. He asked me to consult a general surgeon. when I met him he suggested surgery and needs  extract it. He also found two more lumps at my right side back above the waist. This is there from the last 6 years and a little big in size and pain if i press it. So as he is suggesting me to admit so that he can operate and remove it. Now my question is as I don't have any issues with it unless I press it there is no pain. Should I go for surgery? Are these cancerous? Or may become cancerous if untreated.  can I just leave it. Report attach

USG has shown that am having 2cm hernia for my umbilical cord ...that means am having umbilical hernia...is it dangerous??...surgery is mandatory or not... Can you please suggest precautions or else can I use hernia belt
