I do had a operation 14 days ago in my hometown within a day after I consult him about my problem that my scrotum size is abnormal and one day I get so much pain in stomach that I was feeling unconsious for about 3 hours and after reaching home when I do lie on bed there was a sound bkukk nd everything get normal after 5 mins. He told me that I do have hernia which he confirmed after ultra sound. Post operation 10 days afterwards when I saw scrotum right end upper side there is a solid ball structure which I told him so he told me that its nothing just water in my scotum which he will remove by medicines.
Now When i show same thing in a govt hospital they told me its a cyst and ask me for pre operation ultrasound film which hospital authorities very smartly has kept up with themselves and dont handover to me. I came back to mumbai to connect with trsutable doctor who cure my epidymic cryst and make my scrotum look normal. Please connect if you can genuinely take forward this issue.

Before concluding anything, it’s important to understand how large the hernia was and whether it had extended into the scrotum or was limited to the inguinal region. The ball-like swelling you’re noticing at the root of the scrotum could be a normal post-surgical reaction, which often settles on its own with time. However, if an ultrasound has confirmed it to be an epidermal cyst, please be assured that it’s a benign condition. There’s nothing to worry about—it doesn’t require urgent surgery and can be removed easily as a daycare procedure whenever it’s convenient for you.

hi..
if your are operated for inguinal hernia (open)
post operative changes like induration, thickening of inguinal site and root of scrotum is absolute normal..
regarding to your postoperative scan which suggest epidydimal cyst which might be incidental.(may exist before surgery also) . swelling of scrotum what u r experiencing might not be due to cyst. may be post operative.
Hello,
Kindly upload the pre operative reports. Sometimes distal part of hernia sac left after surgery (which is very common) can present as epidymic cyst in the post operative period. I advice you to wait for few months (6months to 1year) post hernia surgery to get epidymic cyst operated if mesh placed during hernia surgery.
