Inguinal node
I took USG for groin pain, USG whole abdomen and pelvis report came back as small inguinal node measuring 1.3 cm×0.56 cm . Is it a causes of concerned report attached pliz advice.

Nothing to worry Its small sized, in most of the cases its due to infection ,(reactive lymphadenopathy) for which antibiotics are enough!

Some time inguinal node swelling occur due to some idiopathic causes It this case it may be due due to lymphadenitis
