.dr has told me till no fever no antibiotics must be taken irrespective of urethra burning since it can be due to stress or chronic prostate or less water intake etc or masturbation is this TRUE???
18000 wbc level but no fever and very mild burning antibiotics needed or wait and watch???
Everytime.in culture new bacteria so old bacteria 100% killed ???
Old bacteria can come again if 2023 and 24 no infection had happen???

Please use proper hygiene techniques so that UTI doesn’t recur and moreover if prostate is getting infected can be having any other pathology like incomplete voiding get a cystoscopy done

Raised WBC counts along with burning micturition can be UTI, not only chronic prostatitis.
It will need an evaluation by Urologist and yes, cultures can everytime show you different sets of bacteria colonies
Culture gives positive report if there are notable count of bacteria .so it doesn't mean everytime bacteria type changes.
Chronic prostate symptoms on long run due to narrowing of urethra u will have urine stream narrowing, dribbling ,increased Frequency , forcible voiding of urine
So u need to keep an eye over all these things
