Is this piles or fissure
I am suffering from pain during passing stool for last few months. From few days i am feeling a lump protruded near my anal area. I cannot understand whether I am suffering from piles or fissure. Kindly check the photo attached here and suggest what to do.

This is a chronic fissure in ano.. most probably you will need a surgery

If you are having pain it is mostly due to fissure Fissure sometimes presents with sentinel pile Stay hydrated and eat fiber rich diet You can consult me for further treatment

This seems to be chronic anal fissure. Skin which is protuded out is skin tag commonly seen in chronic anal fissure.
Next Steps
kindly drink plenty of water. Apply cremaffin gel locally to get rid of pain. Avoid constipation.  if stool becomes hard take stool softener like cremaffin plus syrup .

This can be due to chronic anal fissure ,some times external hemorrhoids with thrombosis can also cause pain which requires a visit to surgeon or proctologist.

add plenty of fibre in diet to avoid constipation,drink plenty of water
