any previous surgery r trauma r any nail excoriations will lead to scar formation. but u have temdency for More scar formation. that means your bodyvis overresponding to healing process.. it may grow by years. u can under go wide local excision with grafting. to avoid further growth.

Chevron incision in upper abdomen, cystic SOL in lower middle anterior chest ? Over a scar?. If over a scar ,may be a Keloid , a epidermal inclusion cyst (? infected) underneath .

if cyst with keloid- then wide local excision with intralesional inj triamcinolone may be required.
