Chevron incision in upper abdomen, cystic SOL in lower middle anterior chest ? Over a scar?. If over a scar ,may be a Keloid , a epidermal inclusion cyst (? infected) underneath .

Its called a keliod.ur body has a tendency for it.the treatment option would be injections inside that weekly for 6 weeks for size reduction.you can consult me for further help
