Chevron incision in upper abdomen, cystic SOL in lower middle anterior chest ? Over a scar?. If over a scar ,may be a Keloid , a epidermal inclusion cyst (? infected) underneath .

consultant and visit a general surgeon usg of that swelling Do blood test: CBC, FBS, Serology
