Swollen lymph node in neck
I noticed a swollen lymph node in the neck in March when it all started with throat infection and cold. Since then, the swollen node didn't go away and mildly increase and decrease in size. I am also having occasional throat pain, allergy and cold since the past 3 months. My CRP value take on march: 1.8 CRP on April: 8.2 Both the times I have throat infection and cold I feel slight tightness in neck and I can fell round/oval shaped swollen lymph node when touched itself

Infectious cause...mostly no surgery needed.a full course of antibiotics would suffice.it takes around 8 weeks for the swelling to completely resolve.if persists u can go for repeat usg neck and fnac of the swelling.hope this helps
