Hello user.
Since there are rib fractures and fall in hb involved we need go rule out hemothorax (blood in chest cavity) and for that you ll need to do a usg chest. And then followup accordingly.

Healing for spleen and ribs will take around 4 to 6 weeks.till then u can use thoracic support binders this will decrease pain.till then use some pain killers
