Anal fissure no improvement in healing
Its been a year to the laser fissure surgery, the fissure is not getting better. Taking all precautions like laxatives, sitz bath and applying cream also but no improvement. Visited the surgeon also but I don't see any hope.
What could be the reason that it is not healing and what should be done in this situation?
