I have an umbilical hernia now from 6 years since my first pregnancy and while I was getting the size of it checked during an ultrasound they found two gallstones as well. The size of the umbilical hernia is approximately 33.9 mm (transverse) x 23.3 mm (anteroposterior). The midline defect measures ~22.5 mm (craniocaudally) and 21.5 mm (transversely). The stone size is roughly 7 to 8 mm.  Now I may want to plan a second pregnancy in the future. I consulted a gynecologist and she mentioned that hernia is quite big and I should get it fixed urgently. She also routed me to a general surgeon and he mentioned that we should go for cholecystectomy and while he would be closing up during surgery he would stitch the hernia. Keeping the mesh surgery an option for future. Now I am having doubts whether the stitches will hold for that size of hernia. And although I think I do not have any more options but I also want to understand how suture closing Impact the future pregnancy.

My blood group is O+ and future wife blood group also the O+ , does any affect after the marriage for the planning baby?

Is it possible to operate solitary Gallbladder stone of size 20 mm at the neck of Gallbladder without using General Anaesthesia??? Is it possible by doing regional or epidural anaesthesia ?? If yes then can it be done by laproscopy or have to be done by open surgery?? Also inform whether this facility is available in Kolkata??

From the past 10 days my husband is feeling lymph nodes under armpit he consulted the general surgeon he suggested medicines but there is no improvement the node is in same size he feels pain when it get touched. He don't have fever or dizziness and he don't have weightloss. I would like to know this problem is any serious whom to consult what should we do next for treatment I have attached his medical report regarding the lymph node. Kindly suggest whether it is serious issue

It is since a month I consulted a dermatologist They gave some infection medicine and ointment The course was for 1 week then it stopped but after 10-15 days again same symptoms again had that medicine again it stopped but once stopping medicine it is comming back ( Slight pain when bending or presure on naval Discharge and little iteration)
