I had show to General Surgeon who told me that I have 1 external and 1 internal grade 2 piles and ask me to apply pilorute ointment 2 times and sitz bath 2 times for next 2-3 weeks. No bleeding issue but sitting discomfort I don't have constipation issue but stool coming is not very soft so please let me know what is best laxative for this issue I don't have any other health issue and 84 kg wt At present I am taking 10 ml cremaffim syrup since 2 days but stool coming is not very soft ...

I am having a dull right lower abdomen pain from 6/7 days.. its on and off. i have pelvic endometriosis stage 4. Today I went for USG and doctor said appendix is unremarkable and normal. Shall it still be appendicitis? Do I need to go for Cts scan?
