Hi doc I want to go for a surgery for fistula.Is laser fistulectomy a better option than open surgery? If yes,What would be the cost of laster fistulectomy?Please advise,Thanks

I have light swelling at the back of my skull.. I feel it when I touch but not lump on redness visible.. I had consulted neurologist and I was suggested not to worry after physical examination. It's a been two weeks but swelling has not gone away.. I can feel when I touch the bone.. it's hard and feels like bone and no pain.. it's on occipital bone towards right side .. left side bone is normal to touch but right side feels little bigger Which doctor should I further consult and any test to be done ??
