After 2nd day of surgery he got 100 fever .CBC shows TLC 18.4 .after antibiotics treatment of 2days TLC is 10.6 but he has fever of 99 and 100.his fasting sugar is 124 and after meal is 145 .bp is normal .able to walk .mild pain in operation site .able to eat small meal Please suggest something thanking you

I have lump in my armpit since 5 years.it doesnot any pain.small anthor lumps also come with pain and these small lumps go on its own after some days.now 5 years steady lump is increased size anp pain ful, warmth and also samall opening with white colour liquid.what should I do?
