Help!!! 21(f)   5'2    121lbs I've had persistent nausea since last year....it all started with abdominal cramps dull aching pain on left side lasting a week...had an endoscopy which showed gastritis Cut to Oct 2023 had violent coughing which would make me vomit...then it evolved into nausea! Tried omeprazole plus domperidon combo and it went away...it hit me again in Jan 2024 so went for another endoscopy which suggested mild reflux esophagitis And gastroduodenitis...doc just upped my dose of ppi Found temporary relief but flared up again so this time i changed doc...he ordered for a poop test for h pylori and it came back negative!!!!!now he just put me on amitryptaline and a prokinetic Although my symptoms have reduced but i still have no answers at all. I'm freaking out what if it is gastroparesis? I hope its not....my follow up is after 2 months Please help me calm my anxiety

My hand is hurting a lot . There's some swelling. Attaching mri contrast report. It hurts when I try to make a fist . What can be done? Taking painkillers for temporary relief. Can this be removed surgically, how much will it cost.?

Check the attached image please. This is the color of fluid in drainage on 3rd day of keyhole cholecystectomy. Total daily volume must be approx 25- 30 ml. Yellowish fluid comes only while sleeping at night. It is red during the day. Is everything ok ? Can drainage be removed now ?

Hey Doctors I have swollen Lymph Node exactly at back of neck below right ear..I have been going through sudden ON and OFF fever, weakness fatigue and headache since 17th April 2024..My all blood reports for HIV, HCV, HBSAG ,TYPHI DOT ,DENGUE tests were negative and was diagnosed with enteric fever.. I am running on antibiotics as prescribed by doctor and now the above symptoms are gone..but still have swollen like massage below right ear..I got an FNAC report done and attached the report for your reference.. Kindly give me medical advice is everything fine as per report or not??

My brother underwent surgery for a fissure problem. Lateral internal sphincterotomy was performed five months ago. Two months post-surgery, he started experiencing white discharge from the 3 o'clock position where the surgery was performed, accompanied by pain. I can also see a raw area which is becoming inflamed. Despite consulting multiple doctors  symptoms diagnosed fissures, the issue persists despite medication. What could be the reason for the discharge, and is it something serious to be concerned about? What treatment should we seek to resolve this problem? He is becoming very depressed.

My xyphoid process is visible when I took entire my stomach inside .. it doesn't have any pain .. it is something I am seeing from last 6 months .. I feel discomfort sometime when I sit ground level .. why this is visible?? Why I am feeling now?? Is it normal??
