General Surgery

Hey I found a lump in my stomach and I went to see a doctor, he suggested ultrasound and when I did ultrasound the lab technician said I have hernia but when I went back to see my doctor he was gone, I doesn't have any pain or anything just this swollen thing in my stomach, i took this scan yesterday, how soon should I see the doctor and take surgery? Should I watch my hernia? Will it go away alone? This is my report

Ventral incisional hernia at superpubic region. Does it need surgery too soon?.but no pain .Would it be okay to wait it out for a few months?  Should surgery be done soon?

My mother's knee surgery was done 15 days back. The Sutures (staples) are removed. As per doctor no dressing is needed, and stiches are fine now.Now the stiches sometimes gets itchy. Please let me know any spec1fic cream that can be used safely for the same.
