I had a small lump in back from 3 years, it got tender some day ago and white discharge came out of it on pressing. Now I have pressed it and it's gone. What was this?? Pics attached please suggest

Sebaceous cyst.. u will need surgery to clear the cyst wall .. if not removed it will grow again
