Armpit lump
I got an armpit lump 3 weeks back after having a flu which was very painful and with swelling.I used to feel pain when i move my hand also. But after 3 4 days it started to reduce in size and pain is completely gone and no swelling. Its been 3 weeks now and there is no pain or something but i can feel little bit of that lymph node when i touch .Its not completely gone. What should i do to heal it completely? Is it concerning?

Hey. Hope u are well. If it has reduced in size u dont need to worry at all. It must have been a reactive node which has now regressed in size. Pain in lymph node is usually a good sign because it points to infective cause. These nodes can remain enlarged sometimes even for years, so its normal if u still feel it. Relax

To be on a safer side get and ultrasound done to know exactly what the lump is. If it’s infective u can take a course of antibiotics after consulting a general surgeon
