Can only medicine help for that.
Or do I need to go for surgery ,

Common problem among women.
Nothing to worry. If you are worried about cosmetic appearance; please consult to get it removed surgically.
Otherwise weight loss may decrease size of the swelling also.
Try to work out and do shoulder exercises as well as chest exercise..it will eventually get better after few months as you will loose weight and your muscles will tone up..
It is a normal occurence in many women. You dont have to worry about that. Medications wont cure it completely as its just accumulation of fat tissue. If its bothering you cosmetically you can get it removed by consulting your nearest general or plastic surgeon.
