I have an umbilical hernia, and I want to get it operated. Is there any risk associated with the surgery?? Which method is best for umbilical hernia repair?

Sir/Madam, I have got one External and 1 small second grade internal haemorrhoids since almost 10 years when it was first diagnosed. Now it's reoccurred. Recently when I find discomfort at anus area while sitting on chair and after bowel movement I show it to local general suregon who has also confirm same and ask me to take sitz bath 2 times and apply pilorute ointment 2 times for 2-3 weeks . There is no bleeding or any burning during bowel movement but findings discomfort during sitting on chair and some fart problem during day Plz advise if any effective treatment is there as I am following course since 10 days or shall I continue it for 2-3 weeks . It's improved but not cured completely. No other health issues .

Why does oxygen required after undergone open surgery for umbilical hernia? Is it common patient feel less energy after surgery.

The left breast is swelled and not able to lift the left arm or sit for a long period because there is sharp throbbing pain in the left breast. I am having a dull right lower abdomen pain from 6/7 days.. its on and off. i have pelvic endometriosis stage 4. Today I went for USG and doctor said appendix is unremarkable and normal. Shall it still be appendicitis? Do I need to go for Cts scan?
