1 week ago 24 th November I sustained a deep cut with rusted iron previously... Tetanus shot was previously taken before 20 days ago of this incident. So I didn't took that shot ... Medications: Completed Clavam 625 (1strip=10 tablet ) and T bact ointment ... But my queries is if some part of rusted iron is entered into the wound , will it cause Septic !? I'm attaching the currently picture of the wound ... Please clarify my queries your assistance will be helpful I'm bit of stressed very much

Hello as a general surgeon and practitioner I would suggest you to do x-ray of your right hand to see if there is any iron particles at the  wound site. Sometimes such particles are sustained with the wound for many years. In that case local exploration is required to see anything is remaining inside.

If you are sure that some part of iron got stuck at the time of injury , that needs to be removed ..
Next Steps
get an x ray done to look for presence of metallic foreign body ..
