It's looking like a hypertrophic scar. So you can consult a surgeon nearby, they will provide you a dressing material or injection therapy as per the requirement.
Its probably a hypertropic scar at present... u can try regular massage of the wound with scar reducing ointments or simply with coconut oil... there is also a chance that in early post surgery period the suture put inside (might be vicryl) can cause some local skin reaction till the suture dissolves..
