  4. Is it DVT? Is it serious?

Attaching pics of mother's legs, saw some mildly dark veins, she says it had been for some years now. Is it serious? She is diabetic as well.

these r reticular veins , starting stage of varicose veins( nothing but dialated veins).. which will be painful by evening.. avoid prolong standing r sitting leg elevation during sleep.. use grade 2 stockings..
