Hello Dr, I was advised to consume Omega 3 Fatty Acids for mildly elevated bilirubin (now in range) however, the doctor didn't specify the brand . Can you kindly help me with the best Omega 3 Fatty Acids Tablet and also how safe they are for consumption. Thanks for your replies.

I had breathing problem, chest pain and can't eat properly so I consulted doctor and did endoscopy ,he said some infections and and its a acidity only. I have to know it will be serious ,he said have to do weight reduction .am so worried

Hi sir i had my endoscopy done hiatal hernia stage 3 44cms other every thing is normal My symptoms is constipation bloating acidity noth else no pain in the stomach if I am constipated i feel bloating Does this hiatal hernia require surgery my symptoms is only constipation

My father who is 70 years old used to get pain in upper left ambomen. When blood test is done, doctor found that lipase 1500 and amilase 2300. This happened 3 times in 1 year and was diagnosed with gallstones and suggested to remove gall bladder. After removal of gall bladder 30 days later again the same pain happened, yellowish vomitting and lipase and amilase 1500 nd 2300. My father is non alcoholic, no diabetes. Doctor is unable to confirm why even after gall bladder removal, this is happening. Please help if anyone knows.

I was taking ranitidine 150mg before food at morning and night while I was prescribed with fever and cold medications and stopped it a day before. Now I am taking psychiatry medications so still I feel burning sensation in upper abdomen. Can I take rabeprazole 20mg + domperidone 10mg?

Hi sir I hav done endoscopy today Impression hiatus hernia grade 3 noted My symptoms bloating gas reflux sometimes giddiness shaking No abdominal pain giddiness only some time not regular nothing else i daily go for work no symptoms Does this requires surgery for hiatus hernia

I am suffering from IBS since a couple of years and now doc has put me on nortriptyline 10 mg. There is relief in symptoms but I am low on energy and mood. Is it normal ? Will I ever be okay ?
