Rectal polyp
Seven years back , I had rectal polyp (tubular Villious andenoma) with high grade dysplasia ,no futher treatment done after succesfully polyp resected , but I do colonoscopy every year. My question how often should do colonoscopy and is there any chance of recurrence .

Initially 3 years - annual colonoscopy
From then on u can decrease frequency having once in 3 years followed by once in 5 years
Chance of recurrence is less than 10 percent
