Iron tablets usually have metallic taste n nausea. Ppi along with it is recommended if u have prior gastritis or if u are using other medications like pain killers or aspirin or antibiotics
Catch - young male requiring iron medication is atypical. If u ve anemia kindly rule out cause of blood loss
