Hello doctor my abdominal pain are regular and cramping too. I'm having difficult to pass gas and stools. I take softovac powder to help with bowel movement. Please help me with some relief methods. Thank you

Dear Doctor, I had recently started Weightlifting on 10 Apr and did weight lifting on 10 to 14 Apr daily... thereafter due to medical I had done KFT LFT on 17 Apr. My ALT and AST have come very high... but I have no symptoms of liver problem... please advise can sudden weightlifting cause this...what should be further course of action. Regards
