Dear sir/mam From the last 3 to 4 days , I feel a stomachache after dinner . Due to my stomachache I feel pain in my back also . But I feel relaxed when I pass the gas or walk for a while . I used pan 4o tablets once a day and unienzyme syrup. I got relaxed but not completely. Pls help me to fix it

Hello doctors, From last 3 days I've either facing very little amount of watery stool or constipation. I had used just few drops of castor oil on my navel (not sure if it's the effects of those or something else). I feel nauseous too. Please guide how to clear bowels.

If someone swallowed rectangular pieces of papaya or circular cut pieces of white radish will it get digested and broken down in pieces by stomach acid.

In my recent ultrasound detection results is -There is a parenchymal calcific focus measuring ~3.9 mm noted in segment V of liver - likely due to old infective etiology. I've been suffering from gastroparesis post covid since 2022..and its causing me alot of difficulty digesting food properly .it takes almost 6 hours for my stomach to digest food eaten at noon always.
