I take 1 teaspoon coffee daily in cold water before workout, whey protein and creatine milk and banana shake after workout, then regular diet whole day including sprouts and 150gm of paneer, whey protein was started 3 months back, faced no problem during this period, no allergy from dairy products. Initially I had to go to loo just after eating food now I go twice a day. How to treat this, stopped taking whey and creatine from 1.5 weeks still not Fully recovered
