Hi, I am having acid reflux almost everyday and taking medication for last 6 months. But as soon as I stop medication, burping and reflex comes back. Also feels hotness/burning on my throat even when i eat non spicy foods, sometimes have very light abdomenal pain Reflux happens around 2 hours after eating food.I made changes to my diet and eating only rice without any curries. Took endoscopy 4 months back and it shows stomach inflammation. But even after medication for 6 months, it doesn't seems to go away

Kindly investigate the reports, do let me know my further course of action and which speciality shall I consult first.

My doctor prescribed me antibiotics for h pylori bacteria n stomach ulcer Azithromycin 500 mg Metronidazole 400 mg Omeprazole 20 mg Amoxycillin 500 mg I developed a cyst type around my lips after 2-3 days of starting the med. please see the photo I was suffering from severe constipation.

I have been experiencing blackish-brown stools for a week. I had motions 3-4 days ago but I had no watery stools.  I am having blackish stools but not that black like I have read on Google(not like tar). Ever since I have taken medications for diarrhea, I don't have any other problem. Should I be worried about the stool color even though I don't have any other symptoms. Is this only a sign of dehydration? When should I be worried ?

Biopsy report: 1)Focally ulcerated rectal mucosal bits identified with mild neutrophillic on moderate scattered lymphoplasmacytic inflammation,focal lymphoid aggregates in laminate propria. 2)Features are of active on chronic nonspecific proctitis. Current Medication: Mesacol,pentasa 1g suppositories, drotavrine, sompraz d, Actapro. Current symptoms: blood, mucos and pus in stool, diarrhoea, severe abdomen pain. Can you help me with following questions: 1)is this IBS or IBD?if IBD, what kind? 2) Are these Medication correct because my symptoms are not going? 3) Is there any other test to rule out IBD? Kindly help as condition is getting worse day by day. I have attachéd my colonoscopy report as well.

In CECT abdominal scan for my mother shown possible occurrence of mucocele of appendix of size 3.5cm diameter and 10cm length. There is no pain or any other symptom because of this. What are the next steps to treat this condition will surgery be necessary? Thanks,
