Is excessive bowel gas and IBS related with each other . Can it cause stomach pain and cramps and constipation

I am 28 year old male. I have stomach ulcer when came out through endoscopy. I took the 14 days medicine course but it did not improve. So a year later, I got endoscopy again and the ulcer had actually spread a little more. I also got biopsy done. Was given the 14 days medicine and medicine for gas again which I took. Doctors say not to go for Endoscopy multiple times and it's painful. I have taken the medicines and try eat healthy as much as possible. But I still feel the pain sometimes. (2-3 times a week). How do I know if my ulcer is improving or becoming worse without another endoscopy. I got the last one in September 2023

Im prescribed with trypomer 10 mg for 2 months for my ibs diarrhea . Along the doctor also prescribed cyra 20 mg (Rabeprazole) . Can i take tryptomer 10 mg alone without taking cyra 20 mg as its not reducing my belching? Is it ok to take tryptomer 10 mg alone???

From two week onwards I'm getting severe stomach pain.most of the time I'm getting pain before taking the food.gas also farming once released gas I'm feeling somewat better.pls suggest

(Constipation- Sticky stool/Weak Rectum or anus and pain near by area/Heart burn/Gerd/irritating bowel/painfull Pimples on scalp/insomnia) i tried all type of proton pump inhibitors (PPI) drugs and anta acid until i took this & felt fine but after quitting them i got heartburn Came Back and due to this my b12 also came down to 74.i am not getting treatment for permanent,i need treatment from root cause and same time permanently,having painfull on the scalp and insomnia is also a sign of gut issue.

5 days ago wife was prescribed amoxicillin. 2 days ago she had diarrhoea and stomach pain. She noticed blood strains in stool also. So doctor prescribed metrogyl and stopped amoxicillin. Then for past 2 days the stool was normal. But again today we noticed a minor blood spot in stool in morning, and in evening there was no blood in stool, but in tissue paper (bright red). Very worried about it. Please advise.

In my endoscopy report there is mention of antral gastritis. There is no mention of the word erosive? I want to clarify that is this type of gastritis less serious? If it is erosive then is it mentioned specially in the report? My doc simply told me that there is mild swelling in the mucosa. And he thinks it can be due to hplyori so he took out biopsy. Can you please review the finding and give your opinion

Hi, I am having acid reflux almost everyday and taking medication for last 6 months. But as soon as I stop medication, burping and reflex comes back. Also feels hotness/burning on my throat even when i eat non spicy foods, sometimes have very light abdomenal pain Reflux happens around 2 hours after eating food.I made changes to my diet and eating only rice without any curries. Took endoscopy 4 months back and it shows stomach inflammation. But even after medication for 6 months, it doesn't seems to go away
