Sir/ma'am My grandfather aged 72 is diabetic and hypothyroidism patient. He is having mild pain in upper side of abdomen just below ribs. He is also not feeling hungry since 24 hrs and has consumed only tea and biscuits. He is slightly constipated and has no other symptoms. I have attached his USG abdomen report and X ray report for your reference. Kindly guide what disease is this and is there any emergency or something serious? Ps: Report are done by famous radiologist in our area.

Why do i have constant urge to poop but nothing comes out. motion in the morning once or twice (semi liquid).

Past few days gas forming in the lower abdomen and urging to go to toilet.after defecation feel dis comfort in the lower abdomen. I m using antacid also.what to do.I don't know whether it is acidity or Gastritis.

Hi, is it OK to take fiber supplements after fissure surgery life long to prevent constipation? Also what are the chances of  getting fecal incontinence after fissure surgery??

My stool is brown colour but seeps bile ( green colour) in toilet water. I am bit worried. Is this normal or anything to worry.

My son is 3 yrs old.his weight is 13.7kgs. Since many days he is having loose motions(semi solid) once in a day.also he is having lot of gas. No other symptom of fever or anything.No stomachache .pls tell me what can be the reason. He eats normally everything including fruits.

Per day I go to bathroom more than 3 times then i feel fresh. Stool is not so hard normal. But I can't empty my bowel in one time. I HV sleeping problem. What should I do.

Hello sir/ madam, i am a female of age 32..i have chronic hepatitis b..i am takind Tenofovir alafenamide 25mg once a day..and my viral load comes undetectable..recently i got my ultrasound , Lft and viral load test for routine monitoring..the Lft reports are normal but there is some problem in the ultrasound report..the viral dna load report is yet to come..since i am still young and i got such a report..i am so worried..i am definitely seeing my gastro this week..but still want to get an opinion what does this report mean..is it worrisome..is it dangerous..and does it have any treatment so i can live a long life like other people..i have attached the reports

My wife have 3 gal bladder stones of 6 mm ,7 mm and 8mm...doctor suggests surgery...I want to know is it not cure by medicine and which doctor is doing the surgery -surgical gastrology or general surgery..her age is 31..

Hi, I am diabetic taking gemer ds3 and udapa 10/100 mg in breakfast , taking gla 120 for neuropathy, taking rifagut 400 mg due to stomach pain issues since 2019. The current symptoms I have is hard stools, ink taste in mouth, headaches after taking maida or any hot thing like medicine, tea, coffee, nuts, spices etc..., needle like pain in back upper right side of liver and heaviness in back side of liver, dry mouth and Hyperacidity, after meals deep sleep occurrs,  i want to know if the Ammonia levels have increased in my liver ? Is there any test to diagnose Ammonia levels in liver? Please advise 🙏
