Past UC and current Srus. Severe stomach pain in below navel sometimes in left side and some times pinching pain in right. Bleeding in stools, recently took tranexa inj. Been taking Tramadol injection for pain and severe vomitings.even after taking zofer injections 2 times a day. Immediately after injections I'm vomitting. Attached ct enterography without contrast report. Will do with contrast tomorrow. Please check .

I m feeling gastric acidity type after eating meals and feeling little upset in upper middle abdominal while pressing since 1 month. I had also avoided fast foods cheese butter spicy etc.. since 2 months and lost weight around 5.5 kg and then little improvement seen but not full. Pls suggest some good medicine or diet. I am often blenching/ burping after drinking water and meal, it feels like something stuck in my chest while burping.  Also some times after meals and water I get hiccups which stop only after drinking water and that hiccups hurts in chest if don't drink water. It's been happening for 2 years. Please share the home remedies. Or solution. What is it? Do I need to be concerned abt it? Which specialist do I need to visit?

Hi.. I have been suffering from arthritis for a long time but on regular medication from 2022. Earlier folitrax for two years or more along with saaz for long time then shifted to tofacinitib. My issue is that 6months back I came to know I have fatty liver and some ecotexture surface issue. Same thing came again few days back. No care done for it. What should I do. Attaching the mail screenshot of my rheumatologist regarding liver. It's mild though but should I worry ?
