I think I have a very high pH level and I can feel bloating in my stomach all the time. No matter if I eat properly and on time Or not. The bloating is always there. I always feel gas in the stomach and the acidity too. I strongly believe that I am lactose intolerant and there's specifically something wrong with what I am eating and have no clue what's leading to all these issues.

Can one loperamide capsule( 2mg) be taken at dinner to delay stool for the next day? ( for travelling purpose)
