Hi I get stomachache after every thing that i eat, more like still feeling hungry, including nausea. What should i do? And, can aspirin help with this?

Hi doctor, I recently went to gyne for my irregular periods issue. She asked to do USG abdomen and pelvis scan. I did and found tat am having non alcoholic fatty liver grade 2 with Hepatomegaly. Also found pcod ... My sugars are sumwat normal ... I attached my reports with this ... Wat is meant by Hepatomegaly..? How to reverse this pls help me... Hba1c 6.9 average sugars 151.

Dr neurologist had prescribed dothip25 , Gabapentin nt. for nerve pain. Took these med for 2 year's. Since then have developed severe constipation.or ODS. recently had undergone colonscopy, reports are normal. Dr has provided all the necessary treatment but still problem presists. He said can't help further. there are medicine, treatment options available. & also need to ask how much time is needed, required to do complete colonscopy test via anesthesia. Thank you.

Hello Doctors, My son is having severe night time dry cough. This is going on for nearly 2 months. Recent diagnosis showing he has irritated esophagus and it is Laryngopharyngeal reflux . Doctors prescribed Omeprazole and dietary changes and said it may take up to one month to see some difference. One month leaving a kid coughing all night makes me worried. Is there any other medication or treatment to get better with cough and LPR symptoms? Please suggest. Other medication history he was continuously on 3 full antibiotics courses in 2 months. Amoxicillin 10 days, 1 week break another amoxicillin 10 days,5 days erithromyzin ,10 days amoxicillin and clavunate. Thanks Anitha Anitha
