Hi I have been suffering from chronic constipation since 5 years . I feel like my digestion has become very weak . Something is really wrong with my digestive system . I have tried everything from ayurveda , homeo , allopathy but nothing worked. I take curd, buttermilk , do exercise , 5 Lts water , fiber , veggies everything which is recommended but still face constipation. So wanted to know is there any test/ screening there which can actually help me to understand the root cause ?

After eating a lot of gas and burps. I also had fever when these symptoms started with severe acidity. Dizziness and fatigue was also there. Dizziness continued for few days. History of Constipation. Now no fever or dizziness. But little bit of stomach cramps burning sensation specially after eating. CBC done - Haemoglobin in slightly low 12.8 g/dl rest everything is normal. CPR is high 6.8 mg/dl. Also has an episode of similar symptoms 5 months back which was way more severe. Also had black stool last time. Low bp continuous, had to take IVF twice as ORS was not enough. It took around 15 days to recover. Last time in October stool occult, cbc, LFT, WIDAL, Dengue Rapid Test (Igg/Igm, DGNS 1) tests were normal. Only ESR was 55 mm/hr. USG of whole abdomen was normal. Also having back pain and dry mouth since few days. Dr. is suspecting stones. What are your thoughts, what could this possibly be? Please help

I have fatty liver grade 2 to 3. My sgot is 79 mg/do and sgpt is 129 mg/dl. My bilirubin is 1.04 mg%. Is there any chance of me having jaundice in future? I am asking because from few days I am having mostly yellow urine and eyes are also getting bit  yellow.

Hi I am getting air from mouth 5 to 10 times everyday. I am currently under medication of IBS and anxiety related. I did upper endoscopy, everything came normal. Getting air especially at night. Apart from this, I don't have any other symptoms. Will this reduce on medication or do I have to suffer like this whole life. Anyone can help me out here?

Hi Doctor I get stomachache after eating and feels like my stomach is empty as well? what's wrong with me?

I was having fatty liver grade 2 to 3. I consulted a doctor. He advised me to take evitol capsule for 3 months and lemon water everyday in the morning. I did. Now from 7 days I am noticing my eyes are becoming yellow and urine is also becoming yellow. So I did two LFT tests to check bilirubin in two separate labs. In first lab total bilirubin is 1.04 mg% and in second lab its 0.8 mg/dl. SGOt is 79 and SGPT is 136. In both the reports bilirubin is normal. If it's normal then why I am having yellow urine sometimes and yellow ness in eyes ?? Pls help me

I have a query that i took 10 days pan d capsule regularly in the morning till day before yesterday for gastric issues... From last few days i am having diarrhea..is it anyhow side effect of pan d capsule?
