Tranfeerin percantage is low

Asked for Male, 41 Years

My tranferin percentage is 17 where normal border line starts from 22 .I had taken alcohol previously but left from 2019. If i eat any fry food and non- veg continuously then my eyes are becoming yellow and when i test lft it is showing bile rubine is at border normal. Im sending the reports please help me actually what is the problem
