Hi Doctor, I have received my full body test report and it has an ALT level of 225. Is it alarming for me. I am a non drinker and don't smoke. Not sure what the reason for this.

I was diagnosed with h pylori bacteria so doctor started pantocid hp for 14 day then pantocid40mg for 2 months can i stop it suddenly or i should reduce dose please explain me

Please advice  me on rifagut 550 .can this medicine be used for 6 month continuosly twice in child c cirrhosis.

I have pain in my lower abdomen which is pretty much constant but aggravating suddenly . It's been more than 24 hours . No constipation or gasses .

Undergone LFT as part of regular health check. All observed values are within the limit. But Direct bilirubin levels are high i.e.0.49 and total bilirubin is 1.18. Do I need to worry about the results.

Does mesenteric lymph nodes come back after cured with medicine?? My mesentric lymph nodes is cured with medicine Is it rare of recurrence or it will come back again ?

I'm a 26-year-old grappling with ongoing tummy issues for the past two months. Symptoms include persistent discomfort from the lower abdomen to the anus, a lingering daily pain, constant fatigue, a lack of hunger resulting in slight weight loss, and mental distress. Over the two months, symptoms have evolved from difficulty passing stools and irregular bowel movements (up to four times a day) to a burning sensation in the anus. Initial experiences included nausea, vomiting, and constant burping, which have somewhat diminished. The shape of stools has also changed, though not as drastically as in the initial period. I had history of gastritis around 4 years back. Seeking medical advice is now under consideration due to the persistent pain and changing symptoms which affected my quality of life.

Hi i have blood in stool for almost 2 years on and off i also have hard stools recently visited a doctor and taken sigmodoscopy they told i have small internal hemoroids and fissures do i need colonoscopy also but she didnt ask me to do that shall i ask her to do

First i share with you my medical history. I went through gall bladder removal surgery before 23 month because of stones in my gall bladder. and from last approx 12 months i feel pain in my middle right side abdomen. exactly at the location where gall bladder was present. and pain happen mainly in morning in between 4:30 AM to 6:30 AM for 5 to 10 minutes. and now in 7 days, it happen approx 5 days. One more, if i take heavy food in night or take normal food in late night then its 100 % sure, that pain will ocour in morning. Can you suggest, what this problem is.  is it a serious problem or any gas problem or any other lever related problem.
