Dr concluded that my IBD is very marginal and insignificant after the colonoscopy and MRE. he put me on 6 month of mesacol and 4 week tofacitinib. I'm feeling bit nauseated since yesterday. What are the common side effects of these meds and how long did it take to subside?

Since last two weeks I am having hungerness but whenever I eat, it is getting strucked in the throat and getting uncomfortable burps. Also motion is smelly. Feeling uncomfortable in the stomach after motion. One day I got fever but now no fever. Kindly suggest medication
