16kpa indicates trend towards early changes of cirrhosis of liver. If you have been prescribed Saroglitizar, continue it for atleast 6 months. Moreover reversal of steatosis and fibrosis not only depends on medicines, but also associated metabolic risk factors your having which your doctor must have briefed you about. Reversal depends on lifestyle modifications as well. Be under regular follow up of your Hepatologist
