I have been feeling weakness and vomiting since last 1 month. Today I have done LFT test. in which the value of APL  have increased. Value is 130. please suggest me.

I am having constant Burps from morning and they are more like air getting out in the form of burps. They are not stopping at all, I took Ulpan- D. I didn't have any carbonated drinks or something that's hard to digest. I am also having hiccups at the same time with burps. What is the issue, why am I having burps?

I am facing chronic hep B My question is I want to get married and have children in future .how can I do it is it safe and if yes how for my family.

Namaste Doctor Once I had blood in my stool it was bright red seprate from stool...my stool were normal...NO constipation/diarrhea/loose stool that Time of incedent.It has been Almost 2 years . NEVER HAPPENED again but Yesterday I noticed two soft lumps around my anus...Is that CANCER??

I have attached my lft test report whether it is this normal do i need any medications some levels are high i Have done usg abdomen it is normal study and i have ibs like symptoms and loose stool kindly advice next steps.

My father's lft test report which was done in December 23 was in normal range. But recently he has been suffering from asthama related issue . He was asthma patient. He has chest infection . All treatment has been going according to doctor . But recently in his lft te st report sgpt value is 315 and sgot is 146 which are too much high. There is no problem found related to liver symptomatically. What is the reason behind for this high elevated sgpt and sgot value?. My father takes foracort and and levoline according to doc prescription previously he regulartakes this medicine in inhaler. What is the main reason for elevated sgpt and sgot value?

In past 2 month I have been diagnosed with Entiritis , IBS, Indigestion and SRUS(Ulcer finding by sigmoidoscopy) by various doctors but I still dont feel good. I have taken antibiotics prescribed by doctors, Sucralfate suspension syrup, Rebeprazole+Domperidom , Aciloc 150, Sitcom Forte, Digestive enzyme syrup but nothing seems to be working. I am still in a lot of pain especially the right side of lower ribcage hurts with pulsating pain and I have too much gas. I am also having too much burning while passing stool but the medicines suggested by doctors dont seem to be providing much relief apart from that I seem to feel very dehydrated.  Please suggest me what medicines should I take and what could be my potential  disease as I am really fed up.

Good morning I m 28 yr working women...M having this type of stool for 5 years n still going on not any other problems..Two year ago I ve been diagnosed with external Hemorrhoids... This shape of stool is happening due to external Hemorrhoids.. Google says IT CAN BE RECTAL CANCER??  should I get checked..M attaching pic

I feel lethargic and tired and sleepy the whole day. I am not diabetic and my thyroid levels also are within the range. Is this because of liver function? I feel more tired after meal. Otherwise, I'm ok. Should I do LFT? Kindly advise the specific test I should do. Thanks

Hi Doctor, I am feeling like fainting while working out and I feel like vomit and pooping too. My body is sweating a lot suddenly (even if the intensity is low) and I am not able to be in my control. How can I treat this ??
