Hiatus hernia grade 3

The endoscopy report showed a hiatus hernia grade 3 lax les, i have 1. Frequent burping after having food and water 2. Sensation of something stuck on my throat. h. Pylori negative, no other severe symptoms. Should i go for surgery? Where should i do surgery if needed? Isn't it possible to cure with any medication? Who will be best surgeon to do so if i required surgery?
