My father has cirrhosis from last 1 year .the latest usg report also mentioned gallbladder contracted in size and wall is thickened.
.Is it due to cirrhosis or anything serious than cirrhosis.
Please advice me as in impression it only mention heptic cirrhosis and ascites.

Management should focus on Decompensated CLD rather than the Gallbladder.
If the patient continues to have decompensated disease in the form of jaundice or ascites, should think about Liver transplant depending on patient’s condition and medical status.
