Ulcer related issues

Asked for Male, 37 Years

Hi..i am suffering from acidity due to which at night i can not be able to sleep well as the gas comes in chest area and irritate me... I just wants to ask it is just acidity issues or any stomach or peptic ulcer related issues..how to diagnose and treatment?
