I have been diagnosed with crohn's disease from a colonoscopy I took because of low iron. My case seems to be mild from the reports. Currently I have rectum pain and burning with history of hemorrhoids. I do not have pain in stomach or bleeding. My bowel movements are once a day in the morning with normal stool consistency.
