Is it possible to fully recover from H. Pylori infection? The age of my grand father is 82. How much time it will take to eradicate H. pylori infection

Hi, Just wanna know if I do sphincterotomy, will I be able to start work after 4 days. My work requires long hours of sitting. Will this slow the healing process?
